Shipping & Order Processing

SHIPPING

  • Shipping time is based on your shipping preference chosen during checkout. Shipping delays can occur due to holidays, and/or weather conditions.
  • Hurt, Heal Heal, Evolve will provide a tracking number once your item(s) have been released from our location. If you have any questions/concerns regarding shipping (IE: delivery updates, delays, etc.) you should contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Please allow 1-3 days (excluding Sunday) for Flawed For Purpose to process your order.  Shipping time does not affect processing time.  We will adhere to our Customer Service order processing time regardless of shipping carrier delays.
  • If there are any delays in processing for any reason, you will receive an email from us.  To avoid any processing delays, please ensure you are providing all information asked for during checkout (IE: your name, payment details, shipping address, phone number, and email address.) 

Refunds, exchanges, damages

REFUNDS

  • All sales are final. NO refunds will be provided. 
  • Online store credits are offered at Flawed For Purpose' discretion.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We will accept exchanges at our discretion on items purchased for up to 10 days after the original purchase date. Any products bought on sale/with coupon are not eligible for exhange.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt of purchase. If you do not return the product you purchased, an exchange/online store credit will not be issued.   
  • You are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. 
  • Please use the contact us icon at the bottom of each webpage to make your return/exchange request.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier used for your order.  Flawed For Purpose ensures that items that leave our facility are in excellent condition.  Items are not used, refurbished, open, or damaged in any way.  Flawed For Purpose is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.  However, if you would like to add insurance, please do so by adding shipping insurance to your cart during checkout. (NOTE: Insurance cannot be added after a shipping label has been printed and only offered on selected products.
