When Hurt Heal Evolve is interested in interviewing a guest, an HHE Team member will reach out via email only.  HHE does not reach out by phone on initial contact. Anyone claiming to be an HHE Team Member via phone is a scam.  

HHE does not compensate guests for interviews.  We are a Christian Talk Show that encourages those who are willing to share their testimony or insight of how GOD has changed their lives for his glory, or engage in any converstation related to global christianity & community topics without honorarium.  Those who may not be believers or followers of Christ, but have a story to share of resilience and perseverance are also welcome!  We strive to be a bridge between all walks of life where anyone can feel  comfortable sharing their Hurt Heal Evolve journey!

This Talk Show/Podcast Guest Release Agreement is made and entered between Hurt Heal Evolve (“Talk Show Owner”) and the interviewee (guest(s). By agreeing to be interviewed on the Hurt Heal Evolve Show, your participation/appearance on the show is your written consent to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of Rights

The Guest grants the Talk Show/Podcast Owner the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use any audio, video, or photographic recordings, interviews, or statements made by the Guest (collectively referred to as “Content”) during their participation in the talk show/podcast. This includes, but is not limited to:

Use of the Content for promotional purposes (e.g., marketing, advertisements, social media, website postings). Repurposing Content for future episodes, videos, or other media formats. Creating derivative works from the Content. The Guest acknowledges that the Talk Show/Podcast Owner is the sole owner of the Content and has full rights to use it without further approval or payment to the Guest.

2. Waiver of Rights

The Guest waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, recordings, or derivative works that incorporate the Content. The Guest also waives any rights to royalties or compensation arising from the use of the Content.

3. Representations and Warranties

The Guest represents and warrants that:

They are over 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this Agreement. The statements and opinions expressed by the Guest during the interview are their own and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Talk Show/Podcast Owner from any claims arising from the Guest’s participation in the interview.

4. Release of Liability

The Guest releases the Talk Show/Podcast Owner and its representatives, employees, agents, and assigns from all claims, demands, or causes of action that the Guest may have now or in the future related to the use of the Content.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Guest and the Talk Show/Podcast Owner regarding the use of the Content. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

NOT HHE REQUESTED: HHE does not cover any guests expenses (IE: travel, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, or meals when a guest requests to be on the HHE show. All expenses incurred is the responsibility of the guest(s). 

HHE REQUESTED (out of state): HHE will cover one round trip domestic flight (for guest only), HHE chosen hotel accommodation (for guest only; hotel deposits & incidentals are guest responsibility), transportation (for guest only) pick up on arrival from airport only (HHE will not provide transportation picking up from any location other than airport) to hotel, hotel to studio, studio to airport for departure. If the guests cancels their scheduled interview appearance, the guest agrees to reimburse HHE the full amount of all expenses HHE paid including any cancellation fees associated.

HHE REQUESTED (Texas residents): HHE will cover a one night hotel accommodation if the guest(s) resides more than 75 miles and/or more than 1.5 hours away from the HHE studio. If the guests cancels their scheduled interview appearance, the guest agrees to reimburse HHE the full amount of all expenses HHE paid including any cancellation fees associated.
